My Experience


- Since 2004, working full-time 7 days a week as a licensed REALTOR® with MaxWell POLARIS (previously with MaxWell Devonshire Realty) selling all types of houses, condos, rural, and commercial properties (see below for Kelly's direct real estate experience: 'Neighbourhoods Where I have Successfully Sold Property').

- Employed as a Construction Engineer, Project Manager, Estimator, and Safety Officer for Construction Management General Contractors on wide variety of successful multi-million dollar Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, Retail, and Telecommunications projects throughout Alberta and across Canada (BIRD Construction; Fillmore Construction Management Inc.; and Cityscape Contracting) (1999-2003)

- Employed as an engineering consultant for Alberta Transportation and Utilities on their IMS (Infrastructure Management System) Project, supplying the original idea for the Alberta Government to install cost-effective wire fences between major roadways, which over 25 years (since 1998) has successfully prevented many accidents, injuries, and deaths for Alberta motorists through the elimination of head-on collisions (1997-1998).

- My Weekend Showings Total Value Record: Sat. August 28 & Sun. August 29, 2021 - showed multiple clients (both in town and out of town) a grand total of over $40M worth of houses and condos - not an easy achievement for the Greater Edmonton Area market!! 

- My One Day Multiple Buyer Client Showings Record: Sat. Sept. 2, 2023 (while negotiating offers to purchase) starting 8 AM and finishing 8 PM successfully scheduled and showed a total of five different groups of Buyers properties spanning areas in SE Edmonton, SW Edmonton, Central Edmonton, and St. Albert!

- Most Importantly: throughout my career I have successfully represented * OVER 550 * (and counting) diverse Buyer and Seller client transactions (with all conditions removed) spread throughout the Greater Edmonton Area.
